Josh Selig is the former CEO of Little Airplane Productions, a New York-based company he founded in 1999 that was acquired by Studio 100 in 2017. Josh is the Creator and Executive Producer of many hit television shows including The Wonder Pets! on Nick Jr., 3rd & Bird on CCTV/BBC, and Small Potatoes on Disney Junior. Josh has received 12 Emmy Awards in multiple categories. He wrote and directed the feature film Meet The Small Potatoes which premiered on Disney Junior US and was released by Universal in 2013. Josh has worked extensively with Chinese companies for decades. He was the Executive Producer of Super Wings on Sprout which was made in partnership with Alpha in Guangzhou. He was also the Co-Creator and Executive Producer of P. King Duckling, a series he co-produced with UYoung for Disney Junior and CCTV-14. Josh has helped a variety of international theme park companies create original IP including SeaWorld, Fantawild, and Chimelong. Finally, Josh has written about media for The New York Times, Kidscreen Magazine, C21, and China Daily.

Chen Chen

Chen Chen brings years of experience in the Chinese entertainment industry to her position at China Bridge Content. She began her career at Tencent, China’s leading technology company, and then moved on to Beijing’s Magic Mall where she worked in Global Content Acquisitions. Chen helped to bring Cartoon Saloon’s Academy Award-nominated film, Song of the Sea, to the Chinese market and facilitated their licensing and marketing programs. While at Magic Mall, Chen was a part of the production team on Lou Bao Bei, an animated children’s series that was co-produced with Cloth Cat in Whales and distributed by 9 Story Media in Canada. This series was nominated for an International Emmy Award in 2018. Chen’s educational background includes an MBA from New York City’s Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University and a Master’s Degree in Project Management from New York University.

She is the founder and former CEO of StudioCanal China, and former China Cultural Counsellor for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has 10 years’ experience in China’s film, TV, music, gaming and digital industries, and a high-level network, having worked with top Chinese companies like Bona, China Film Group, Huaxia Distribution, Phoenix, Tencent, Iqiyi, Youku, Alibaba, Wanda, CCTV as well as with the Chinese government bodies including the Ministry of Propaganda, Ministry of Culture, National Radio and Television Administration formerly SAPPRFT (State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television). Emilie has more than 15 years of European and international production and distribution experience. She has worked on a wide range of films including Paddington, Liam Neeson’s Non-Stop and The Commuter, Idris Elba’s Bastille Day, and Aardman’s Shaun the Sheep. Emilie brings an unparalleled understanding of the cultural, creative and regulatory issues that are unique to producing and distributing projects for the Chinese market. Emilie is a graduate of MIT, Olin Graduate School of Business, Paris Business School and has a BA in Philosophy from La Sorbonne and in Art History from the Louvre School.

Ye Chao

Ye Chao has been engaged in the Chinese television industry since 1975 and has participated in the planning and production of TV series, TV music shows and entertainment shows since 1979. In 1992, he served as Director of the Children's Department of Shanghai Television. In 1993, he presided over, planned and produced the Chinese version of Sesame Street, a children's educational series that was made in cooperation with Sesame Workshop. This series combined the American children's TV series approach with China's educational goals for children, and became a successful example of using an established international show format to convey Chinese cultural elements. Beginning in 2001, Ye Chao participated in the establishment of Shanghai Media Group’s (SMG) Lifestyle Fashion Channel and served as its Deputy Director. In 2004, he participated in the establishment of Shanghai Media Group’s Haha Children's Channel, and served as its first Deputy Director. The channel used Haha as its branding and its aim was to "Speak for children, speak children's words, and let children speak." From 2010 to 2017, Ye Chao served as the Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Toonmax Media Co., Ltd. He is a Visiting Professor at The School of Film and Television at Shanghai University and The Deputy Secretary-General of The China Animation Society.
